Crewmuster

Workforce scheduling for small stores that knows about sales, labor cost, and the work a shift needs to get done. · 2026

crewmuster.com

Crewmuster is a scheduling app for small stores. Neil started building it in May 2026, after running scheduling at his family's Cold Stone Creamery and seeing what the usual tools left out.

Most scheduling tools stop at who works when. Crewmuster also pulls in:

  • Point-of-sale data, so the schedule can follow sales
  • Labor cost and time punches
  • An in-store kiosk for tasks and checklists
  • Skills and training for each crew member
  • Franchise brand promotions, so the crew knows what's running this week

It also has an MCP server, so an owner can check the schedule or labor cost from a conversation with Claude.
